MJLD Committee Elections

It’s that time of year again when the current MJLD committee hands over the reigns to the next.

Having reached the end of their year long term in office, the MJLD are now open to nominations for the 2011/2012 committee.

There are 15 committee places available. Full details of the requirements of each role are attached.

The MJLD will also be hosting a talk on the 31st May at Hill Dickinson, No 1 St Paul's Square, Liverpool, for those interested in running for the committee. You will learn more about each role with an opportunity to ask questions to the current committee over drinks and nibbles. If you plan to attend this event, please email Kate.Moore@hilldickinson.com to confirm your place.

The election will be run as follows:

Nominations open 27 May

Changeover Talk 31 May

Nominations close 10 June

Elections begin 10 June

Elections close 17 June

Results 24 June

If you would like to run for the committee, or know of anybody who would, then please send your nominations to ben.gildea@brabnerscs.com quoting “MJLD Nominations” in the subject title. Please make it clear which role your nomination relates to. If you are not sure about which role you want to run for then please list and number your preferences. Nominees will be running for their first choice, however, subject to numbers, they may also be considered for their second choice.
