P-10 Fitness
Sign up now to join P-10 Fitness in 2012 and get the results you want!
The Merseyside Junior Lawyers Division is pleased to invite members to sign up to the fantastic P-10 FITNESS - GROUP PERSONAL TRAINING programme! The programme is designed to help any individual at any fitness level lose weight, tone up and get fit at their own pace. Sessions are held Monday to Thursday every week starting at 5.45pm at St Paul's Square off Old Hall Street and last approximately 45 minutes.
Membership to the P-10 Fitness - Group Personal training programme usually costs £25 per month plus a registration fee of £30. MJLD members, however, will pay just £19.99 per month and no registration fee! For just £19.99 per month you will receive not only the training sessions, but also nutritional guidance and support, a goal setting and accountability programme and one to one support from your very own P-10 fitness coach.
Whether you want to take your training to the next level or get in shape for the first time, P-10 Fitness - Group Personal Training will ensure you get motivated, stay motivated and have fun along the way!
Please note, there are LIMITED PLACES available so registration will be dealt with on a first come-first served basis.
